We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resources (HR) Generalist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing training, administering employee benefits and leaves, and crafting HR policies.<\/li>\n<li>You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.<\/li>\n<li>And you\u2019ll also act as the main point of contact for employees\u2019 queries on HR-related topics.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to ensure the HR department\u2019s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer compensation and benefit plans<\/li>\n<li>Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes<\/li>\n<li>Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training &amp; development initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise<\/li>\n<li>Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies<\/li>\n<li>Undertake tasks around performance management<\/li>\n<li>Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates<\/li>\n<li>Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form<\/li>\n<li>Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team-building activities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with labor regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a B.Sc \/ BA Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields with at least 2 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude in problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach<\/li>\n<li>Remote working experience.<\/li>\n<li>Additional HR training will be a plus<\/li>\n<li>Employee Engagement<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as an HR Generalist<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with international laws and policies<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of employment\/labor laws<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Resumes to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:amorservstaffing@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">amorservstaffing@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>24th June, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AmorServ is a global provider of onsite IT support services, Project management services and IT staffing.
