We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Channel Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To win, develop, maintain, and expand relationships with Channel Partners across assigned region in Nigeria to continuously drive revenue growth (Acquisition and Retention).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategy Execution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the whole Channel Partner network in Nigeria<\/li>\n<li>Implement strategy and initiatives to grow the Channel Partners<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of Budgeted sales through Channel network<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and expand dealer channel\/reseller network.<\/li>\n<li>Promote productivity of the field force<\/li>\n<li>Competition tracking and penetrate where competition exist<\/li>\n<li>Develop processes for working with the Dealers.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintains promotion programs for Dealers.<\/li>\n<li>Performs routine audits\/satisfaction surveys of Dealerships across the country.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for Dealer conflict resolution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Channel Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify potential \/new Channel partners.<\/li>\n<li>Work with channel partners to build sustainable channel, both depth and breadth to support subscriber growth expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Implement a channel enablement framework throughout all territories.<\/li>\n<li>Develop channel partner incentives jointly with Management, Marketing, Finance, by monitoring dealer requirements and requests on an ongoing basis.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all channel partner incentives are aligned with organizational goals<\/li>\n<li>Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.<\/li>\n<li>Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Direct Sales Scheme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a strong collaborative working relationship with the Channel partners.<\/li>\n<li>Respond quickly to requests, work collaboratively to solve business problems, and communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Establish direct communication with channel partners, providing supports and advise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting and Analysis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze the business and service performance, providing insight that will help Channel Partners and grow the business in accordance with set goals.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor competitive effects and trends in the channel.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that each report is accurate, concise, and timely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>People Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for team strength &amp; performance level (attraction, selection, retention &amp; development of the Channel Development team)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with Team strength, performance and energy matched strategic requirements \u2013 under performers identified, improved or removed<\/li>\n<li>Ensure direct reports live Company ethics<\/li>\n<li>Departmental goals understood and actively pursued by team; work accountability clearly delegated<\/li>\n<li>Performance reviews are done regularly, everyone has clear picture of current performance, recognition given where it is due and low performers are acted upon<\/li>\n<li>Coaching &amp; Mentoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<li>MBA advantageous<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have 5 &#8211;
