We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Facility Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island &amp; Surulere &#8211; Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Directly guides and manages facility management operations along with allocation of resources following Managements budgetary approval.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for effectively overseeing facilities management services along with technical\/support staff.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for developing, articulating, monitoring, and strategically deploying the preventive Maintenance Program (reactive and proactive) for the Facility&#8217;s Maintenance Services, including but not limited to equipment, communication devices, and soft services.<\/li>\n<li>Develops, monitors, evaluates, and recommends improvement to operational processes, procedures, workflow, and\/or standards with an eye on reducing costs by increasing efficiency, while ensuring the alignment between GreenKey FM&#8217;s mission, values, goals, objectives and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Oversees the coordination of the Security Team and further collaborates with the Chief Security Officer in the maintenance of appropriate levels of Security.<\/li>\n<li>Involved with Vendor Management, selection (ensuring that only vendors with a track record of excellence are selected and negotiate fees and fee structures with them). Ensure professional contract management and negotiations with respective vendors for various services.<\/li>\n<li>Oversees and coordinates the appropriate and proper maintenance of the Facility&#8217;s Assets \u2013 Vehicle, furniture, general equipment, etc.). Data management on equipment history and administration (Asset register, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement(s)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. in Real Estate Management, Urban and Regional Planning or related disciplines<\/li>\n<li>An M.Sc. will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good time management.<\/li>\n<li>5 &#8211; 7 years\u2019 Work Experience.<\/li>\n<li>Project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Multitasking ability.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN300,000 &#8211; N450,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/1WJG6D5UancSwCzAA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Greenkey Facility Management is a full-service facility and property management company established in 2015.
