Providing input on strategic and tactical plans for the Plant<\/li>\n<li>In this role, you will be running technologically advanced, high-speed manufacturing equipment and leading new or junior team members to do their best work safely.<\/li>\n<li>This role is part of Kimberly-Clark\u2019s $140 million investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce nonwovens right here in Corinth.<\/li>\n<li>Read on to see if it\u2019s worth investing\u00a0<em>your\u00a0<\/em>next several working years with us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a BSc Degree in Electrical \/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent tertiary education.<\/li>\n<li>Previous engineering and leadership experience in FMCG environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Above average computer literacy is required.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience working with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Excellent PLC programming and drives skills(Siemens\/Allan Bradley\/Rockwell)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Has demonstrated good leadership qualities in line with companies policies and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent design, process improvement and maintenance experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our manufacturing employees are some of our most important workers, our most loyal fans and our favorite people, so we take care of them really well.
