We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Relationship Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective(s)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marketing and sales of UP\u2019s Value Added Services to ensure financial targets are met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Win new business from clients and manage relationship with clients to grow the existing business.<\/li>\n<li>Resolves or treat customer\u2019s issue\/request promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Manage efficient receivable circle with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of various wallet balances and funding as at when required. Monitoring of daily sales, identifying trends, behavior and pattern of products and channels.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing of all value added services product and ensuring that financial targets are met.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic review of existing product documentation and ensure they align with new business objectives and regulatory directives.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support for all other departmental activities\/tasks as may be required be the HOD.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Head of Department (HOD) to develop\/upsell existing business to clients, and identify and pursue new business opportunities for Payarena Value Added Services.<\/li>\n<li>Collation of tasks from internal and external call notes\/meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic partnership in signing up billers.<\/li>\n<li>Onboarding agents to ensure growth of each biller transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of First Degree \/ HND in any Management Science \/ Social Science-related discipline preferably in Business Administration and Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; 5 years post NYSC experience in business development or Value Added Services related roles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/finrec\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0 <\/strong>20th July, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UP otherwise known as Unified Payment Services Limited is Nigeria&#8217;s premier Payments &amp; Financial Technology company founded in 1997 by a consortium of leading Nigerian banks.
