We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Executive Business Administrator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the advancement of business initiatives by producing high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of the business, while providing administrative support to business executives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Business \/ Technical Writing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience and purpose. This includes reports, business proposals, bids\/tenders, strategic plans, and other written business materials.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with executives to brainstorm writing objectives and subjects.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse industry\/market trends and other relevant business aspects to deliver accurate information to executives.<\/li>\n<li>Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements<\/li>\n<li>Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain the information architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Update and make revisions to papers according to changing protocol and feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Present and implement ideas for document layouts and graphic images to accompany texts.<\/li>\n<li>Create technical narratives, instructions, procedures, or descriptions based on relevant source data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Administrative:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work directly with executives to support all aspects of their daily work routine.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain their calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements.<\/li>\n<li>Compose and prepare letters relating to routine correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain paper \/ electronic filing systems and confidential\/sensitive information.<\/li>\n<li>Attend executive meetings, take notes of discussion and prepare minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Determine priority of matters of attention executives and keep them advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Handle printing, copying, filing, and email\/messages.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain e-mail and other address directories.<\/li>\n<li>Other additional and\/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or executives as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience &amp; skills requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree in Business or any related field.<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present complex data in clear, concise text.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing and grammatical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/9e918cghNnNrMVfh7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th July, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Turbo Energy Limited is an engineering &amp; contracting company providing a broad range of engineering services and products to diverse industries including the power distribution, power transmission, power generation, telecommunications,&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[4],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Turbo Energy Limited Current Job Opportunity - Apply Now!
