We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Retail Supervisor (Snacks and Confectionery)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Retail Supervisor at Estakem Ventures, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily retail operations.<\/li>\n<li>Your primary objective will be to ensure excellent customer service, efficient store operations, and maximize sales and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>You will also supervise a team of retail canvassers providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the smooth delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nYour responsibilities will also include:<br \/>\nStock Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the vans and carriages areclean, well-organized, and stocked with an appropriate inventory of snacks and related products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Team Leadership and Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recruit, train, and supervise a team of retail associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, customer service, and sales techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and high levels of customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Service:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints, and handling customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences, emphasizing product knowledge, upselling techniques, and building customer loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sales and Revenue Generation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive sales and achieve targets by analyzing sales reports, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to maximize store profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and strategies to increase customer traffic and average transaction value.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control expensesand inventory shrinkage, to meet or exceed sales and budgeted financial objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in relevant fields with 3 &#8211; 5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive and possession of a valid drivers license is a pre-requisite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN50,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:contactus@estakem.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>contactus@estakem.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0CC<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:t.pactnigeria@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>t.pactnigeria@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>12th July, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Estakem Ventures &#8211; King\u2019s Royal Delight aka Estakem is a leading peanut and cookies company dedicated to delivering high-quality, delicious snacks to our customers.
