We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Driver<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki Phase 1, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Driver to transport clients in a comfortable, safe and timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and managing payments.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs.<\/li>\n<li>To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver\u2019s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations.<\/li>\n<li>Note that you don\u2019t need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip<\/li>\n<li>Pick up clients from the place and at the time they\u2019ve requested<\/li>\n<li>Collect payments and issue receipts<\/li>\n<li>Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage<\/li>\n<li>Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions<\/li>\n<li>Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed<\/li>\n<li>Answer clients\u2019 questions about the area and local places of interest<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders<\/li>\n<li>Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues<\/li>\n<li>Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a High School Diploma with 1+ years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a Driver<\/li>\n<li>A valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>A clean driving record<\/li>\n<li>Minimum visual acuity of 20\/50 (or corrected to 20\/50)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with GPS devices<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage<\/li>\n<li>Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts<\/li>\n<li>A polite and professional disposition<\/li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV \/ Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@baselinksconsult.com\">recruitment@baselinksconsult.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th August, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Baselinks consult is a business branding company located at Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
