for students within and outside the classroom using the available curriculum and scheme of work.<\/li>\n<li>Currently, we are seeking to employ various subject teachers across all disciplines to enhance our diverse academic program.<\/li>\n<li>As a subject teacher, you will have the opportunity to engage and challenge students in a stimulating learning environment, fostering their intellectual curiosity and helping them achieve academic excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description and Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are currently recruiting for teachers in the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Subject teachers for various disciplines in the Secondary School category<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Class Teachers in Grade School<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Early Years Teachers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our ideal candidates will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivering engaging and interactive lessons aligning with the available curriculum<\/li>\n<li>Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes students\u2019 participation and collaborative learning.<\/li>\n<li>Assessing students\u2019 progress and providing timely feedback to promote academic growth.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies and resources to meet the needs of diverse learners.<\/li>\n<li>Fostering a passion for learning and inspiring students to reach their full potentials<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience of students and pupils.<\/li>\n<li>Developing students\u2019 abilities, interests and enthusiasm through creative curricula and extra curricula activities.<\/li>\n<li>Presenting subject matter and properly utilizing a wide range of teaching materials and techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Guiding discussions and supervising classwork<\/li>\n<li>Testing and analyzing students\u2019 abilities for customized progress in all activities<\/li>\n<li>Enforcing personal development by supporting students to utilize and develop their capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Instilling positive discipline in the pupils, and maintaining orderly classroom.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating attendance records as well as enforcing school\u2019s discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting extra-curricular activities like school concerts, sports, and excursions along with special programmes<\/li>\n<li>Following up with students\/pupils in all subjects and activities including corrections of class work<\/li>\n<li>Organizing classroom as well as learning resources to develop positive learning atmosphere.<\/li>\n<li>Planing, preparing and presenting lessons that attend to the needs of entire ability range within classes.<\/li>\n<li>Motivating students with enthusiasm and imaginative presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and facilitating positive student development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Skills requirements and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or HND in the respective subject or a related field (Additional qualification is an added advantage).<\/li>\n<li>TRCN certification and or relevant teaching experience.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of at least 3 years cognate teaching experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject matter.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to ongoing professional development.<\/li>\n<li>High computer literacy skills<\/li>\n<li>Creative and innovative
