We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Sangotedo, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Business Operations Manager at BucklerSystems Limited is responsible for managing, controlling, and monitoring the company\u2019s activities with Buckler Systems Clients.<\/li>\n<li>The Business Operations Manager is responsible for improving Business and operational processes, identifying potential business opportunities, and strategic planning and development for Buckler Systems.<\/li>\n<li>You also have the responsibility of negotiating and closing business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and update Operational Policies and Standard Operating Procedures to reflect recent developments.<\/li>\n<li>Jointly create marketing strategies, including budget planning, and implementation schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Attend industry functions, such as events, conferences, work gatherings, and provide feedback and information on the market.<\/li>\n<li>Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures as well as monitor daily operations and address potential issues as they arise.<\/li>\n<li>Build Operational processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret Market trends and adapt to industry changes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a rapport with existing and new customers, and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize and manage company resources in order to meet goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and review SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis to ensure Buckler Systems is at a competitive advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare operational reports and recommend procedures to be used to manage and coordinate various activities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop successful, high-performance teams through effective training, motivation, and communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an MBA Degree with 5+ years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN200,000 &#8211; N300,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letters to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:hr@bucklersystems.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hr@bucklersystems.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buckler Systems is a Nigerian defense solutions provider with strong expertise in manufacturing civilian armored vehicles, design, and prototyping of military vehicles and ordnance equipment.
