We offer a wide spectrum of services, ranging from Vessel Chartering, Survey &amp; Geotechnical Services, Subsea IMR, Well Intervention Services, General EPC Services, and Offshore Waste Management Services. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accountant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation and presentation of company\u2019s monthly business review (MBR) reports, including variance analysis for actual results as compared to budget.<\/li>\n<li>Verifying payment documentation, referencing outstanding bills, updating debtors\/Creditors balance, and conducting disbursement of funds to appropriate accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to verify all entries have been created and posted, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and cohesiveness of information.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all statutory reports are prepared and filed with the relevant tax authorities before the due date.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all necessary reports and detailed support documents both periodically and on-demand, including GL movements and analysis, revenue and expenses report analysis, cash analysis, budgets, and cash flow statements are properly and timely prepared and documented.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the integrity of accounting information and reconcile any financial discrepancies by performing or directing forensic research of accounting issues for compliance and establish quality over transactions and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc.
