We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Home Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Igando, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are\u00a0currently in need of a Home Manager to Provide supervision, leadership, maintenance, and evaluation of assigned orphanages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Job description includes, but is not limited to the following.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise the care of orphans at the orphanage.<\/li>\n<li>Researches and develops new markets, communities, and initiatives for program expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains orphanage staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.<\/li>\n<li>Transform children\u2019s lives by recruiting, orienting, supporting, coaching, and sending them to school.<\/li>\n<li>Manages the acquisition of new sponsors through community development programs, networking with current sponsors, special events, speaking engagements, schools and churches<\/li>\n<li>Manage the orphanage\u2019s finances: Oversee all expenditures and receipts of money.<\/li>\n<li>Counsel guardians\/relatives of orphans and inform them of expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Write reports and take photos that will be sent to our MYSD team for dissemination to partners.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that only qualified orphans are selected for sponsorship<\/li>\n<li>Any other function as may be assigned by the Management to achieve the company\u2019s goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The preferred candidate must be a University Degree, preferably in Public Health, Social Work, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate must also have substantial experience and must have at least 8-10 years Post NYSC work experience in nonprofit fundraising or a related field such as marketing and sales\/NGO.
