We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Receptionist <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team.<\/li>\n<li>As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office by providing administrative support and managing day-to-day operations.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for maintaining records, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various tasks to facilitate effective communication within the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other staff members as needed. This includes managing correspondence, handling phone calls, drafting emails, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, both internal and external. Ensure all necessary arrangements, such as meeting rooms, equipment, and refreshments, are organized efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, both in physical and digital formats. Ensure proper documentation and filing systems are in place to enable easy retrieval of information when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and phone calls. Screen and redirect calls appropriately, respond to inquiries, and relay messages in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare itineraries and ensure all necessary travel documents are obtained.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes as required. Distribute meeting materials, coordinate logistics, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.<\/li>\n<li>Data Entry and Documentation: Enter data into relevant systems and maintain accurate records. Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of documents, presentations, and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Confidentiality and Ethics: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
