We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Field Service Technician<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to hire an experienced field service technician to look after the service and maintenance needs of our customers.<\/li>\n<li>As a field service technician, you will be required to travel to client locations, install new equipment, respond to service requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, and provide technical training on company equipment.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure success as a field service technician, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills, plenty of field experience, and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Ultimately, a top-level field service technician efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and repairs for any job size.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responding to customer callouts and field dispatches.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting routine equipment servicing out in the field.<\/li>\n<li>Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment failures.<\/li>\n<li>Repairing equipment and replacing faulty parts.<\/li>\n<li>Installing and testing new equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting with the customer to determine the nature of the service or repair.<\/li>\n<li>Providing preventive equipment maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Providing technical training on new equipment installations.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining equipment stock in the company vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Completing job reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess an OND \/ HND or its equivalent in Engineering \/ related Technical field with relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical and electrical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to problem-solve.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and training skills.<\/li>\n<li>Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a field service technician.
