We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Wealth Manager &#8211; Deposit Mobilization (Liability Asset)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source appropriately priced and structured deposit liabilities for the company from retail and institutional sources.<\/li>\n<li>Meet, maintain and exceed set targets<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate new clientele on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate and maintain courteous and efficient relationships with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Timely response to feedback and other customer-related issues or requests.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in creating new and better marketing based on field experience.<\/li>\n<li>Visit, engage prospects and maintain liability generated<\/li>\n<li>Propose services, up-selling and cross-selling whenever possible<\/li>\n<li>Increase number of Treasury services taken up by Clients<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the effective, high-quality management of Clients<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic competitor analysis, reviewing product rates and requirements<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and send a periodic report to management<\/li>\n<li>On-board and manage subordinates to maintain a consistently high number of prospects, and with a high conversion rate<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate structure, negotiate, and close new transactions, portfolio restructurings, rescheduling, capital increases, equity sales, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum education level &#8211; First Degree in any discipline from a reputable academic institution.
