We assist clients in making informed decisions and achieving successful outcomes for their construction projects.\u00a0 We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Resident Architect<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Adamawa<br \/>\n<strong>Duration:<\/strong> 6 months<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Details<\/strong><br \/>\nSector I Projects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yola Zone: Yola North, Yola South, and Girei Local Government Areas (LGAs).<\/li>\n<li>Numan Zone: Numan, Mayo Belwa, and Ganye LGAs.<\/li>\n<li>Guyuk Zone: Guyuk and Shelleng LGAs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sector II Projects:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gombi Zone: Gombi and Hong LGAs.<\/li>\n<li>Mubi Zone: Mubi North, Mubi South, and Maiha LGAs.<\/li>\n<li>Michika Zone: Michika and Madagali LGAs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To leverage on your Architectural expertise and skills to create well-designed, functional, and sustainable buildings and spaces that meet the organization&#8217;s specific needs, reflect its brand identity, comply with regulations, and enhance the user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create designs and plans for buildings and spaces.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct site visits to evaluate the feasibility and suitability of a location for construction.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure designs comply with local rules and regulations, obtain necessary permits and approvals, and work with regulatory authorities to address any compliance issues<\/li>\n<li>Develop project schedules, coordinate with contractors and subcontractors, and monitor progress to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants<\/li>\n<li>Research and select appropriate materials for construction, considering factors such as durability, aesthetics, sustainability, and budget.<\/li>\n<li>Provide on-site supervision during the construction phase, ensuring that the project is being executed according to the design plans and specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of the project, addressing their concerns, and seeking their input and feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Degree in Architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years progressive experience as an Architect.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design Skill<\/li>\n<li>Visualization and 3D Modelling<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving Abilities<\/li>\n<li>Technical Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Communication Skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to Detail<\/li>\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork and Collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Ethical and Professional Conduct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/zm76gNkQcCkeksYw9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>28th July, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>; If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about construction and project management, we encourage you to apply for these exciting opportunities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>iDPC is a leading consulting firm that provides expert advice and support to clients in the construction industry, both for Government and Private Sector.
