We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Project Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Project Manager perform various functions to ensure that projects under his supervision are well coordinated and executed efficiently and on time.<\/li>\n<li>These activities are carried out bearing in mind the objectives of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To manage the whole project life cycle from negotiation phase to delivery phase including health, safety, quality and environmental standards<\/li>\n<li>To manage the project team on what is feasible and achievable during before and after project execution<\/li>\n<li>To analyze and create project risk mitigation plans before and during projects<\/li>\n<li>To manage the individual project life cycle within the defined project governance<\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and\/or requirements<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for coordinating internal resources and contractors for the smooth execution of the project(s)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that project(s) are delivered on time and within the budget and scope<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the availability and efficient allocation of resources<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the development of a detailed project plan to monitor the progress<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for developing project(s) objectives and scopes, involving all relevant stakeholders and also ensuring technical feasibility of the project(s)<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for managing the changes in project scope, schedule, and cost<\/li>\n<li>Measure project performance using the appropriate tools and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for managing the relationship with clients and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company\u2019s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership<\/li>\n<li>Train and mentor employees in areas of project management and estimating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in Civil Engineering \/ Building Technology or Quantity Surveying<\/li>\n<li>At least 7 years of relevant work experience, out of which 5must be in a managerial capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods<\/li>\n<li>Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of all facets of the construction process<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with construction management software packages<\/li>\n<li>Experience with techno commercial issues to include tendering, contract negotiation and vendor management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to plan and see the \u201cbig picture\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Competent in conflict and crisis management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time and project management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Communications skills \u2013 both oral and written<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal relations skills<\/li>\n<li>Effective conflict management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal relations skills<\/li>\n<li>Must possess exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good Leadership and analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@costarchem.com\"><strong>hr@costarchem.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>15th August, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Costarchem Nigeria is a world leader in the delivery of tailored constructive solutions for virtually any type of construction project, combining high-quality products, expert technical support, customer service and innovation&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[43,54],"tags":[3185],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
