We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Admin Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja and Enugu<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Effective Date:<\/strong> TBA<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Administrative Manager is responsible for supervising the company&#8217;s Admin operations and leads the support staff team.<\/li>\n<li>A critical element of this position is identifying key areas of improvement and implementing solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Success in this role will be exhibited by the timely and efficient delivery of all Admin work, enabling the company to meet its goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties \/ Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems.<\/li>\n<li>Administers use of facilities. equipment and space. maintains and repairs all existing facilities and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates and assembles confidential information.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.<\/li>\n<li>Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending and other expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments<\/li>\n<li>Purchase new materials as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Collecting, organizing and storing information using computers and filing systems<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing and tracking the progress of special projects towards company goals<\/li>\n<li>Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.<\/li>\n<li>Any other job that might be assigned by the Director of Administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND or B.Sc in any Business Administration, or equivalent in a relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>A higher degree will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 3 years experience in a Senior Administration role.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the aviation industry will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work late hours and multi task.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills \/ AbiIities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong supervisory and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application (indicating location) and CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@flyunitednigeria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@flyunitednigeria.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>United Airlines &#8211; For over 90 years, we&#8217;ve been connecting people and uniting the world.
