We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Crane Operator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Kano<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate cranes and hoists<\/li>\n<li>Transfer loads to construction sites and discharge safely<\/li>\n<li>Set up machinery based on complex manuals<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with ground operators and interpret hand and verbal signals<\/li>\n<li>Follow safety guidelines and protocols<\/li>\n<li>Bind loads to cranes<\/li>\n<li>Inspect equipment and machinery<\/li>\n<li>Keep and update maintenance and activity log<\/li>\n<li>Carry out basic repairs to machines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience as a crane operator or a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle 80T Terex Crane, Hi-up Crane and Mobile Cranes<\/li>\n<li>Working experience handling different types of cranes<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift heavy loads, work in heights and stand for long hours<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Pass medical, drug and background check<\/li>\n<li>A valid driver\u2019s license is a must<\/li>\n<li>Relevant certification is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN100,000 &#8211; N150,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:cv@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cv@ascentech.com.ng<\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;Crane Operator (Kano)&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>7th August, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only suitable and qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
