We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Personal Assistant to Managing Director<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role is the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Managing Director.<\/li>\n<li>The holder of this position must be able to handle technical and Administrative matters.<\/li>\n<li>The post holder will be a part of the Leadership Team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a sophisticated day to day calendar management for the MD\/CEO to ensure high value time utilization.<\/li>\n<li>Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the MD\/CEO\u2019s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting, analysing and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties.<\/li>\n<li>Draft speeches, articles, briefings, and project proposals as requested by the MD\/CEO.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to management team and other stakeholder queries promptly and professionally, both orally and in writing.<\/li>\n<li>Assist MD\/CEO during operational reviews through follow up on assigned performance tasks and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Provides regular operating status reports to the MD\/CEO as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the MD\/CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.<\/li>\n<li>Attending meetings with the MD\/CEO when and where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the MD CEO\u2019s office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; engaging with the relevant Department to ensure restocking.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all meeting papers for the MD\/CEO are received and available in good time to allow the necessary briefing and sourcing of further information if required.<\/li>\n<li>identify and make all travel arrangements well in advance for the MD\/CEO for official assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the flow of emails and telephone communications.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up to ensure scheduled meetings take place and prioritise meetings to ensure there are no double bookings\/conflict in appointments given.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate and expedite follow-up work as may be required i.e. record and circulate tasks to the Leadership Team.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficiency in the office of MD\/ CEO and oversee aesthetics and cleanliness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Change to Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The MD\/CEO through the Corporate Services Department may amend these responsibilities at any time in line with the changing organisational strategy, structure and roles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The position is located in Lagos but may necessitate the holder of the post to travel around the Country as the case maybe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation Package:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary: Competitive<\/li>\n<li>Location: Lagos<\/li>\n<li>Work Hour: Normal Office hours are 8.00am-5pm with one-hour break Monday-Friday but at the exigencies of the job<\/li>\n<li>Annual Leave: In line with the Organisation\u2019s policy<\/li>\n<li>Pension: In line with the pension scheme of the Organisation<\/li>\n<li>Contract: Permanent<\/li>\n<li>Probation: Six months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Person Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Essential: Degree in any field of study<\/li>\n<li>Preferable: M.Sc if available<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Essential: Consolidated 8-10years work experience in related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essentials:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (including presentations)<\/li>\n<li>Good at conducting research and preparing reports<\/li>\n<li>Good in numbers<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in computer (word, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, databases and the Internet)<\/li>\n<li>Digitally savvy and adept at using social media<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Multitask<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work at his\/her own initiative and to tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Highly Confidential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presentable and confident<\/li>\n<li>Discrete<\/li>\n<li>Proactive<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated<\/li>\n<li>Great communicator<\/li>\n<li>Organised, systematic and thorough<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and enthusiastic<\/li>\n<li>Works well under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Problem solver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to: <a href=\"mailto:alonge.funto@wemabod.com\">alonge.funto@wemabod.com <\/a>using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wemabod Limited is one of the largest property companies in Nigeria with a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential properties in its portfolio.
