We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Specialist, Marketing and Strategy<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IHS Towers is expanding our global footprint and we are seeking an individual to join our team as Specialist, Marketing and Strategy.<\/li>\n<li>The individual will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, conducting market analysis, and providing recommendations to optimize business performance and achieve long-term growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth, increase operational efficiency and enhance the competitive position of the business<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks that could impact the business<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Present marketing opportunities to the business and help to develop marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Stay current on technological advancements and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.<\/li>\n<li>Support all Special projects and act as the interface between groups working on project green, Sustainability and CSR projects.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the competitive landscape and providing insights and recommendations to refine the business positioning and capitalize on market gaps<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop business plans, including market entry strategies, pricing models and investment decisions<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and assess regulatory changes and industry developments that could impact GICLs operations and developing strategies to navigate potential challenges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field<\/li>\n<li>5 years\u2019 post-NYSC work experience in a telecoms environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Functional Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Industry Knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Customer Ecosystem<\/li>\n<li>Strategy Formulation<\/li>\n<li>Business Communication<\/li>\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Behavioural Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaboration &amp; Teamwork<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Building<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Organizational Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Focus &#8211; People demonstrating this competency understand &amp; exceed our customers\u2019 needs.
