In addition, provide team leadership for the Cost Sub-Team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of estimates and post accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Major goal of the role is the delivery of project within projected bill of quantities and where possible, effective cost minimisation without compromise of quality specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in Quantity Surveying<\/li>\n<li>Working Experience (BOQs\/Project+Field\/Cost Supervision)<\/li>\n<li>Attention to Details, Sound Knowledge of Construction Process<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on Market Knowledge and Sourcing Network<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Mic.
