We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Account Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Palmgrove, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights into the company&#8217;s financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.<\/li>\n<li>Work with other departments, such as operations and sales, to ensure that financial information is accurate and up-to-date<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gathering appropriate signatures.<\/li>\n<li>Updating financial records via accounting software.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and changes to financial reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as an Account Officer.<\/li>\n<li>BSc \/ HND in related field<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work well within a team.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks.<\/li>\n<li>Solid analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be through with NYSC<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must reside in Palmgrove and its environs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN80,000 Monthly.<\/p>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:outsourcing@ascentech.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>outsourcing@ascentech.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>11th September, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ascentech Services Limited is a full-fledged Human Resource Solution Provider incorporated in 2013 with its Head Office in Lagos, Nigeria.
