We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Front Desk Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties\/Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Service Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate the Institute offerings to clients and answer inquiries about the Institute.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the front office and ensure conduciveness for receiving visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Provide the highest level of service by quickly and accurately identifying client needs and articulating the appropriate solution to their questions and \/ or issues.<\/li>\n<li>Pro-actively dealing with complaints, enquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of personal integrity and comply with the Institutes Code of Conduct.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with various departments and make use of all internal systems and resources available to obtain the necessary information to resolve inquiries for clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Communications Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of the Live chat feature on the website.<\/li>\n<li>Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, make community referrals, and direct calls to staff members.<\/li>\n<li>Receive and transfer telephone calls to staff promptly and effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure prompt registration, dispatch and distribution of incoming mail and correspondence to appropriate offices or staff members.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain logbooks in respect of correspondence in and out of the office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Front Office\/Facility Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grant access to the building by appropriate implementation of visitors\u2019 policy.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the front desk.<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain member\/visitor information and program tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare staff attendance record and report an analysis monthly.<\/li>\n<li>Administrative support in the management of facility vendors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years post-graduation experience on a similar role in a reputable organization, d verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN95,000 \/ Month (Gross)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:%20rotimi.omoera@c-ileasing.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rotimi.omoera@c-ileasing.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>9th August, 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>C &amp;
