below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Direct Sales Agent<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>Admiralty, Ajah, Cherubmall, Gbagada &#8211; Lagos and Saka, Ibadan &#8211; Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Department \/ Division Unit:<\/strong> Konga Retail<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting Relationship:<\/strong> Reports to The Store Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Hours of work:<\/strong> 8 am &#8211; 6 pm<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objectives \/ A Brief Overview of the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>DSA are responsible for communicating the benefits of the company&#8217;s products to drive sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Working Relationship:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internal: Trading Team, Retail Head, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics,<\/li>\n<li>Retail Operation Team.<\/li>\n<li>External: Customers and OEM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties \/ Responsibilities \/ Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers<\/li>\n<li>Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the territory\/market\u2019s potential, track sales, and status reports<\/li>\n<li>Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously improve through feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales<\/li>\n<li>Present, promote, and sell products\/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers<\/li>\n<li>Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing\/potential customers to meet their needs<\/li>\n<li>Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Reach out to customer leads through cold calling<\/li>\n<li>Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled time.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Near zero incidence of customer complaint\/negative.<\/li>\n<li>Near zero incidence of untimely response to an escalation<\/li>\n<li>Near zero incidence of untimely order delivery<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and Experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Business or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills,<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft package proficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Sales Representative<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience\u2019s needs<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales<\/li>\n<li>Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication
