They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Hotel Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our client is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead their team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.<\/li>\n<li>With a commitment to delivering top-notch service and creating a welcoming environment, the aim is to be a premier destination for travelers seeking comfort, luxury, and personalised attention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, to ensure seamless and efficient day-to-day functioning.<\/li>\n<li>Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, and take proactive measures to address any concerns or issues raised by guests.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the hotel&#8217;s offerings and services.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional customer service.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategies to maximise guest satisfaction, enhance guest loyalty, and maintain high standards of service excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Work hand in hand with the finance team to manage hotel budgets, financial performance, and expenses to achieve revenue goals while adhering to cost controls and profitability targets.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to devise promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to attract guests and drive occupancy rates.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel premises.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the procurement of hotel supplies and equipment, negotiating with vendors to obtain the best pricing and quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of local attractions, events, and tourism opportunities is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years experience as a Hotel Manager with a track record of success.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and revenue optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in hotel management software, Microsoft Office suite and computer systems.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of hospitality industry regulations, best practices, and trends.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN180,000 &#8211; N200,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should submit their CV in pdf to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:lopterrarecruitment@gmail.com\">lopterrarecruitment@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>22nd August, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lopterra Services Limited &#8211; Our client is an emerging leader in the hospitality industry with a prestigious hotel renowned for offering exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.
