We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Admin Manager &#8211; Female<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As an Admin Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store&#8217;s administrative functions.<\/li>\n<li>Your primary responsibilities will include managing office operations, coordinating with various departments, and providing administrative support to the management team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nOffice Operations Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient filing and record-keeping systems, both physical and digital, to facilitate easy retrieval of documents and information.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and maintain office equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Administrative Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, and catering.<\/li>\n<li>Support HR activities, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and facilitating onboarding procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Coordinating with Departments:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with various departments within the beauty store, including sales, marketing, and inventory management, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, and coordinating with suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing administrative assistance in preparing promotional materials, managing customer databases, and coordinating marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer Service:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments and following up on resolutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree (B.Sc) in a relevant field is required.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Admin Officer or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using office software and applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management systems.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and industry practices is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN150,000 &#8211; N250,000 \/ Month<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:applications@tempkers.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>applications@tempkers.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>11th August, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only female candidates will be considered for this role.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tempkers Limited is a Human Resource Company with a focus to help CEOs and Executives build a profitable business by recruiting and retaining valuable Staff.
