We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Technical Data Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Locations:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Calabar, Cross River and Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpret power plant data, analyse results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and\u00a0implement\u00a0databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.<\/li>\n<li>Perform data analysis for clients daily with priority to critical plants, which includes but is not limited to historical operational parameters trends and equipment performance.<\/li>\n<li>Analyses Plant performance data for example Operations and Maintenance Effectiveness, fluid quality data, forced outages, supplied unscheduled maintenance, parts and overhaul times, Risk Management, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and work with the DPD team to build dashboards in Qlik Sense and Expert Insight for different data models.<\/li>\n<li>Work with Operations Support Team to\u00a0prioritize\u00a0business and information needs.<\/li>\n<li>Support Agreement Managers, BDM, and Controllers by providing plant performance data.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and define continuous improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain good relationship with other stakeholders in the W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4 organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nYou will shine in this role when you have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer \/ Data Science or in Engineering or equivalent educational background.<\/li>\n<li>Several years of relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong\u00a0analytical skills\u00a0with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Expertise in\u00a0data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques<\/li>\n<li>Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.<\/li>\n<li>An Advance level of English language.<\/li>\n<li>We seek an expert professional with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4 business, quality, and workplace safety is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>To Apply<\/b><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/careers.wartsila.com\/job\/Trieste-Technical-Data-Analyst\/968080001\/?feedId=355501&amp;utm_source=hnj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>21st August, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wartsila is a global leader in smart technologies and complete lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets.
