We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Human Resources Senior Associate <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lekki Phase 1, Lagos<br \/>\n<b>Employment Type<\/b>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Human Resources Senior Associate to join our dynamic team of achievers to oversee all aspects of our human resources practices and processes.<\/li>\n<li>You will be a leader in a fast-paced environment that ensures that we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to achieve our mission and objectives through the promotion of our core corporate values and shaping a positive culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the recruitment and selection process.<\/li>\n<li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Nurture a positive working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain pay plan and benefits program.<\/li>\n<li>Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance throughouthuman resource management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Human Resources or related field<\/li>\n<li>4 &#8211; 6 years relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Executive<\/li>\n<li>People-oriented and results-driven.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of HR systems and databases<\/li>\n<li>Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary: N160,000 &#8211; N180,000 Monthly.<\/li>\n<li>Performance-based bonuses<\/li>\n<li>Transportation Allowance<\/li>\n<li>HMO plan<\/li>\n<li>Professional training allowance<\/li>\n<li>Technology and monthly talk and data allowance<\/li>\n<li>21 days paid vacation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/RhxHycX4EKh8effq9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th September, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sooyah Bistro Limited is a one-stop Suya culinary restaurant.
