We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resources Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Eti Osa, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Supervisor:<\/strong> CEO<br \/>\n<strong>Line Reports:<\/strong> Office Assistant; Admin Officer<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To guide and drive all divisions toward accountability and the attainment of organizational missions, visions, values, and strategic goals.<\/li>\n<li>Acquire and hone the expertise required to ensure the company&#8217;s long-term success is achieved. Attract and retain the best people, maintain a productive workplace, and establish an ethical and productive culture.<\/li>\n<li>Accept responsibility for and achieve all HR-related goals. Recognize opportunities, implement insight-driven strategies, and deliver on those opportunities in order to build robust, varied talent pipelines to meet current and future goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Description<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Talent Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payroll Management: Salaries are to be paid by the 26th of every month<\/li>\n<li>Work with finance to remit all tax\/deductions required by law<\/li>\n<li>Ensure talents work accountability, productivity, and timely feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Strategize and share training opportunities for talent<\/li>\n<li>Ensure 100% compliance with all iVerify set policies, due process, and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Provide all needed tools and support to employees for excellent job delivery<\/li>\n<li>Dispatch all communications as it relates to human resources and strategy<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a functioning HMO system<\/li>\n<li>Build a sustainable culture, teamwork, and ethics<\/li>\n<li>Operate a transparent conflict management system<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment: Ensure the best of talents to drive org. goals are recruited for overall productivity<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all newly employed staff are properly onboarded and all documentation done<\/li>\n<li>All probational reviews are to be duly carried out<\/li>\n<li>Ensure better employee welfare: Review HMO, Leaves, and Celebrations (office assistant &amp; Admin to support)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Strategy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate all strategic-related internal meetings and share action points timely<\/li>\n<li>Support all departments in achieving org. goals, ensure they use the right strategies and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Align all talents\/departmental strategies to reflect org. overall strategy.
