We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Yaba, Lagos<br \/>\n<b>Employment Type<\/b>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for admitting guests and customers<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for taking and receiving customers&#8217; phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for sorting correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Responding to client\u2019s inquiries and complains<\/li>\n<li>Collating and ordering companies&#8217; supplies<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the reception area is clean and organized all time<\/li>\n<li>Updating the company\u2019s documents and files and ensuring mistakes are looked into<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating meeting schedules for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Collect cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers<\/li>\n<li>Make change accurately and efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Issue receipts to customers<\/li>\n<li>Deal with returns and refunds as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct<\/li>\n<li>Answer customer questions as they arise<\/li>\n<li>Calculate customer bills through cash register ringing<\/li>\n<li>Help with other tasks as needed including managing shelves, tracking inventory, and keeping the store clean.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\" aBigClassNameToAvoidCollision2\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"sas_26300\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 year work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN40,000 &#8211; N50,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:aleshinloye.anu@dezigntees.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aleshinloye.anu@dezigntees.ng<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>6th October, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dezigntees.ng is an online clothing design and prints company that provides customers with free design templates to edit and shop from.
