\/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Training &amp; Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Align and ensure adaptation to Food Concepts\u2019 management style, culture and core values<\/li>\n<li>Participate in planning and execution of formal and advanced training for operations team<\/li>\n<li>Conduct store\/department visits to review team capabilities and monitor<\/li>\n<li>Help maintain the highest level of operational excellence in Operations by identifying barriers to service and advising solutions to fix them<\/li>\n<li>Develop and coordinate induction programs for new staff<\/li>\n<li>Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Market and encourage participation in various training programs organised in FC<\/li>\n<li>Market the training centre facility to companies in Private and Public sectors<\/li>\n<li>Identify and promote best practices, incorporating into training plans and materials<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate graduate programs\/OMEGA programs<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and assess the status of learning programs of Graduate Trainees \/ Omega for areas of improvement<\/li>\n<li>Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Track and report on training outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback to training participants and management<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology<\/li>\n<li>Handle logistics for training activities<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate off-site training activities for employees<\/li>\n<li>Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by Line Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with the companies guiding principles<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adequate compliance to all company policies, internal control processes and approved food processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all Health and Safety standards are delivered and met<\/li>\n<li>Refresher training is implemented as per company guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Performance Indicators<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve Graduate and OMEGA Sign Off target<\/li>\n<li>Induction Attendees %<\/li>\n<li>Training Calendar planned quarterly \u2013 Key Training Needs<\/li>\n<li>ITF Compliance % target<\/li>\n<li>Achieve Crown Training targets<\/li>\n<li>New Field Trainers development and Sign Off<\/li>\n<li>New Training Programs launched nationwide<\/li>\n<li>Training Audit % target<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Specification<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Educational, Professional &amp; Experience Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A good Degree in Education, Business or Finance or any relevant field<\/li>\n<li>HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior HRCI Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or any other related professional qualification is essential<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in similar role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of technical trainings, online learning modules and technical course materials<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of administrative task(s) i.e. monitoring costs, setting up systems and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates good communication and research skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates enthusiasm for lifelong learning<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite. i.e Excel, Word and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Decision Expectations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop training modules to suit or meet the organisation goals<\/li>\n<li>Develop innovative ideas to meet changing training needs<\/li>\n<li>Review training needs from a variety of vendors and choose appropriate materials<\/li>\n<li>Ensure training plans are current, relevant and effective<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jobholder typically works 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although this role may involve working overtime, if there is workload.<\/li>\n<li>There may be a need to extend work hours if he\/she needs to conduct additional training sessions or participate in various meetings to improve training.<\/li>\n<li>This role is largely office-based.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN450,000
