We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team as a key player in driving the growth and expansion of our company.<\/li>\n<li>As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and revenue streams.<\/li>\n<li>This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and Evaluate Opportunities: Research and identify potential business opportunities through market analysis, industry trends, and competitive landscape assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships that can mutually enhance market reach, product offerings, and revenue streams.<\/li>\n<li>Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track and analyze business development metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to improve strategies and achieve targets.<\/li>\n<li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.<\/li>\n<li>Networking and Industry Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional contacts and promote brand visibility.<\/li>\n<li>Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.<\/li>\n<li>New Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage prospective clients, presenting our company&#8217;s value proposition and tailoring solutions to their specific requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop business development strategies aligned with the company&#8217;s growth goals and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Proposal and Pitch Creation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate our strengths, capabilities, and benefits to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations to secure profitable business deals, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the company and the clients.<\/li>\n<li>Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
