We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Front Desk Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Front Desk &amp; Administration duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.<\/li>\n<li>Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct visitors to the appropriate persons and\/or office. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure reception and office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)<\/li>\n<li>Accepting all letters and packages and distributing them to their appropriate departments.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing travel arrangements for senior managers and other staff. \u00b7 Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties<\/li>\n<li>Keeping updated records and files, also monitoring office expenses and costs<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for evaluating suppliers, products and services<\/li>\n<li>Helps in clearing of goods<\/li>\n<li>Working with accounting and management team to set budgets and other expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Internal Operations duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing support to the procurement activities<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate repairs of office equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Data entry about dates of purchase, licenses &amp; maintenance on CRM<\/li>\n<li>Tracking product maintenance dates on CRM<\/li>\n<li>Scanning document for various department. Perform other duties as requested by management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains stock list and manage supplies when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and coordinate the transport department. This includes team meetings and conveying information from senior management to the transport team<\/li>\n<li>Work on purchase orders and MLAs for Clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Supports duties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide accurate information in-person and via phone\/email.
