We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Executive Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide comprehensive secretarial support and assistance to the CRO in the discharge of his duties.<\/li>\n<li>Schedules appointments on behalf of the CRO and ensuring that his meetings are held and records kept accordingly and agreed decisions circulated.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare memos, letters, and miscellaneous correspondence on behalf of the CRO.<\/li>\n<li>Logs and distributes incoming messages to the CRO promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Receives and responds to correspondences.<\/li>\n<li>Manages the calendar of the CRO.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains and updates files, takes down minutes of meetings when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinates conference and travel arrangements, prepares itineraries and expense reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc \/ HND in Social Science or any other related field<\/li>\n<li>0 &#8211; 2 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Female Preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN150,000 &#8211; N250,000 monthly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/finrec\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>6th September, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UP otherwise known as Unified Payment Services Limited is Nigeria&#8217;s premier Payments &amp; Financial Technology company founded in 1997 by a consortium of leading Nigerian banks.
