We are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Risk and Compliance Analyst<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Process Review:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review the adequacy of the internal control system and make recommendations to the management on control lapses, to safeguard assets and the company.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure the integrity of business operations, adherence to the company&#8217;s code of Business principles, and proactively minimize the impact of identified risks.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in performing special assignments or investigations as requested by management.<\/li>\n<li>Observe stock take exercise and report on findings.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure compliance with the internal control system, relevant legislation, and established internal policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Implement risk and compliance work plan as set out by the head of risk and compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Process Improvement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of best practice policies and procedures in the business unit.<\/li>\n<li>Making recommendations for the improvement of the existing systems and procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Risk Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development and monitoring of risk register and Key Risk Indicators<\/li>\n<li>Periodically monitor and report on the market information and emerging risks as it relates to the business of UFL.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure the integrity of business operations through regulatory compliance, adherence to the company&#8217;s code of Business principles, and proactively minimizing the impact of identified risks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND OR B.Sc Accounting, Finance, or any related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Experience Length: 3 &#8211; 5 years.<\/li>\n<li>Good Communication &amp; Persuasive skills.<\/li>\n<li>Report writing and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Practical knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li>At least a student member of ICAN (Professional level), IIA.<\/li>\n<li>Must be fully conversant with the Company\u2019s Business processes, FMCG operations, Risk management, Audit procedures, accounting policies, principles, and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Risk management, Internal control, Compliance reporting, and Audit.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Applicable Legislation, FMCG Policies and Procedures, Risk management, internal controls, and accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV \/ Resume to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@uacnplc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recruitment@uacnplc.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only candidates who meet the specifications will be contacted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UAC of Nigeria Plc. is a leading private sector enterprise with active participation in the development of the country since 1879.
