We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Call Centre Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handle inbound and outbound calls<\/li>\n<li>Have a good knowledge of the company\u2019s products<\/li>\n<li>Provided fast and friendly customer support over the phone<\/li>\n<li>Attend to customers\u2019 needs or issues and provide helpful solutions to their problems<\/li>\n<li>Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns<\/li>\n<li>Escalating customer dissatisfaction and complaints in other to resolve any issue.<\/li>\n<li>Inform customers about the company\u2019s new products, services and policies<\/li>\n<li>Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or purchasing company products.<\/li>\n<li>Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service<\/li>\n<li>Provide Outstanding customer service to guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND in any field of study<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Years of Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar role obtained in a well-structured organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills \/ Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication, both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Great active listening skills<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy<\/li>\n<li>Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of a company\u2019s products and\/or services.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills<\/li>\n<li>A patient and empathetic attitude<\/li>\n<li>Strong time management and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability and flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in fast-paced environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@erickayserng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@erickayserng.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th August, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eric Kayser has successfully shared his vision of baking with the rest of the world by creating a truly global business.
