We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Shift Engineering Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job\u00a0Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>The ideal candidates will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effective planning of preventive maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring\/ coordinating factory operations for improved OEE measurement\/performance<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring efficient supports for factory operations<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring total compliance to technical operating standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring safe installations of machineries\/equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that subordinates are properly trained for the right acquisition of technical skill and knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that changes and modification to plants\/machinery are properly documented for improved factory operations<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all production machines are optimally available<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that ordering and usage of maintenance spares are properly utilized for better factory operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A University Degree (B.Sc \/ HND) in Mechanical Engineering &amp; Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Three (3) years relevant work experience in a standard manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of mechanical &amp; Electrical repairs\/maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Creativity<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Hands on Engineering process management knowledge and application<\/li>\n<li>Analytical personality<\/li>\n<li>People management and Supervising<\/li>\n<li>Leadership qualities<\/li>\n<li>Planning and control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/3695835350\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Promasidor &#8211; We are an African company proud of our heritage and totally committed to the continent.
