We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Administrative Staff<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Gbagada, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash.<\/li>\n<li>Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains filing systems as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents, and prepares written summaries of data when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Responds to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements \/ Required Skill<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND in Business Admin or related field<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently.<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years of experience in an administrative role<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV \/ Resumes to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Klinsajobs@gmail.com\"><strong>Klinsajobs@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using &#8220;Administrative Staff&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>16th September, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cleaning Practitioners Association of Nigeria is the umbrella organization of all professional janitorial, commercial and industrial cleaning firms across the country.
