We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Site Storekeeper<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Wuye, Abuja (FCT)<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Store Keeper to join our dynamic team.<\/li>\n<li>As a Site Store Keeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of materials, equipment, and supplies at our construction sites.<\/li>\n<li>Your meticulous attention to inventory, excellent organizational skills, and collaborative nature will contribute to the success of our projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment, conducting thorough inspections for quality and accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and various departments to understand material requirements and ensure timely availability.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory status, consumption rates, and procurement needs for management review.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations when handling hazardous materials.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in inventory management practices.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, tracking item codes, descriptions, quantities, and delivery dates.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and optimize the layout of the site store area for easy access and safety.<\/li>\n<li>Issue materials and equipment to authorized personnel while accurately documenting all transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering to prevent shortages, collaborating with procurement when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of an OND or equivalent; additional education in inventory management or related field is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with safety regulations related to storing materials, particularly hazardous ones.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving aptitude to address inventory discrepancies and resolve issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while also functioning as a collaborative team player.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar inventory management role within the construction sector.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in inventory management software or tools is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.<\/li>\n<li>Physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy objects as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Resume and Cover Letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@primestixng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@primestixng.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using &#8220;Site Storekeeper Application&#8221; as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>30th August, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Primestix Construction Limited is a fast growing Real Estate development company, with focus on smart, contemporary, modern and luxurious homes.
