We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Manage large amount of incoming phone calls.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and assess customers\u2019 needs to achieve satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Collating and sending weekly reports.<\/li>\n<li>Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that customers\u2019 refunds are done within 24- 72 hrs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that customer\u2019s response time must not exceed 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree or HND qualification with 2 &#8211; 5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN120,000 \/ month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/u\/1\/d\/1BW6BeCkr_vofnugRojwUJb8akwxCaO3e_nVsWKWuDaM\/edit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only qualified candidates will be selected.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fez is a last mile leading logistic company.
