We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Logistics \/ Fleet Supervisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we are Looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Logistics \/ Fleet Supervisor who will be responsible for managing the logistics arm.<\/li>\n<li>You will coordinate the transportation and delivery of products across all 36 states in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>You will also coach, mentor, manage, and supervise all logistics\/fleet personnel within the fleet department to achieve the best results within the fleet department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Does the Job Involve<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct day-to-day operational management of fleet, and advise management on requirements to support operations in line with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating nationwide route planning as well as signing up and managing logistics partners (fuel stations, mechanics, insurance) across the country on planned routes.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the scheduling and the dispatch of shipments to regional hubs and operating territories from the central sorting facility.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate\/manage relationships with third-party logistics providers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with transport regulations for pharmaceutical products and good distribution practices.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance, and prepare ad-hoc &amp; routine reports for management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relevant shipping documentation for tracking inventory in transit and loss prevention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Non-Negotiables<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in relevant fields.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years\u2019 work experience (at least 4 years at the management \/ supervisory level).<\/li>\n<li>5+ years\u2019 experience in a Transport and Logistics role and company.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in nationwide delivery and third-party logistics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN8,400,000 &#8211; N9,600,000 annually.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward CV to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:staffrecruit15@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">staffrecruit15@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0using the job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>23rd August, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>LinkedIn Profile Link should be included on the body of the mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Staff-Recruit is a leading Human Resource and Management Consulting firm which provides a range of recruitment, selection, outsourcing, training &amp; development solutions.
