Maryland &#8211; Ikeja, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As the Business Development Manager at Duotech Global (HR Services) you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client base and expanding our market presence.<\/li>\n<li>Your primary focus will be on establishing strategic partnerships and driving revenue through the sales of our HR services to clients in the tech-oriented sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and industry-specific knowledge, you will contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch HR solutions to our valued clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, target, and engage potential clients within relevant tech-related sectors to generate new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies, focusing on revenue growth and market expansion.<\/li>\n<li>Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target industries.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for differentiation.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate the value of Duotech HR Global&#8217;s services.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and client satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends to effectively position our services.<\/li>\n<li>Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and build brand awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the Head of Sales and Marketing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>5 &#8211; 7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in selling banking, insurance, training or tech services.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in developing and executing successful business development strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and driven individual with a results-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel as needed to attend client meetings and industry events.<\/li>\n<li>MBA Degree will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth understanding of the tech industries, including market trends and customer pain points.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary: N300,000 &#8211;
