We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Duty Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Sokoto, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Function:<\/strong> Airport Services<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong>Experience level:<\/strong> Mid<br \/>\n<strong>Workplace Type:<\/strong> Onsite<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervising resource utilization to meet Green Africa&#8217;s standard while balancing customer service and accounting requirements<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all agreed SLAs, safety standards and procedures are adhered to by all internal and external parties<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring all in-house teams and third parties adhere to agreed working practices\/guidelines to ensure safe and on time turnaround.<\/li>\n<li>Providing leadership and direction for assigned staff over a 7day shift covering all daily flights, to achieve departmental goals for productivity and quality<\/li>\n<li>Providing correct information regarding fares, ticketing, product knowledge and refunds to airport front level staff<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate records and update PNR files<\/li>\n<li>Supervising all Reservations &amp; Ticketing team activities in both back office and front desk to optimize all customer interactions into potential sales outcome<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or Higher Diploma in any field<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years proven experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Advanced computer skills and high attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Must have skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal<\/li>\n<li>High-level numeracy<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing to work outdoor weather conditions under time pressure<\/li>\n<li>Advanced computer skills and high attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Good to have skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Problem-solving skill<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm personality in difficult situations<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability to varying weather conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hris.peoplehum.com\/ehire\/jobs\/greenafrica\/8616e18a-2c61-481a-9ad2-39fbf110f605?source_name=PEOPLEHUM_EXTERNAL&amp;source_type=Direct&amp;locale=en-US\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Green Africa Airways Limited is a value airline based in Lagos, Nigeria.
