{"id":185304,"date":"2023-08-22T15:30:17","date_gmt":"2023-08-22T14:30:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=185304"},"modified":"2023-08-23T10:25:31","modified_gmt":"2023-08-23T09:25:31","slug":"katsina-state-government-recent-available-job-opportunity-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/katsina-state-government-recent-available-job-opportunity-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Katsina State Government Recent Available Job Opportunity- Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Katsina State Government in an effort to ensure a hitch-free and successful take-off of the State Pension Commission, invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Secretary to the Katsina State Contributory Pension Commission<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Katsina<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Katsina State Government in an effort to ensure a hitch-free and successful take-off of the State Pension Commission is desirous to employ the services of Secretary to the Commission who is expected to coordinate the seamless operation of the Commission.<\/li>\n<li>The Secretary reports to the Chairman of the State Pension Commission and is responsible for the general administration of the Commission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Secretary is responsible for the general administrative duties of the Commission like taking minutes of meetings of the Commission, manage correspondence with various stake holders among others;<\/li>\n<li>Record keeping through maintenance of accurate and comprehensive files and records related to pensions as well as thier confidentialities; Ensuring that all activities are in compliance with the Federal and State extant rules as well as preparation of periodic reports and summaries as required by the Commission;<\/li>\n<li>Communication and liaison between the Commission and other Governmental and non Governmental organizations;<\/li>\n<li>Performing such other duties as may be assigned by the Chairman or Commission itself;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The applicant must be an indigene of the State with cognate experience in Contributory Pension administration:<\/li>\n<li>Must not be above the age of 55 years old:<\/li>\n<li>An applicant must possess a minimum of a First Degree in Public \/ Business Administration, Economics or Accounting field or its equivalent, with relevant professional qualifications\/possession of relevant certificates will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Salary, allowances and other fringe benefits of the Secretary to the Commission is to be at par with that of a Permanent Secretary under the Katsina State Civil Service.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their Applications (both hard and soft copies) to:<br \/>\n<strong>The Office of the Head of Civil Service of the State,<br \/>\nState Secretariat Complex,<br \/>\nKatsina State.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>27th August, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Katsina State Government in an effort to ensure a hitch-free and successful take-off of the State Pension Commission, invites applications from suitable candidates to fill the position below: &nbsp;&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[4,2882],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Katsina State Government Recent Available Job Opportunity- Apply Now!
