We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Support Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lekki Phase 1, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type<\/strong>: Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical support service via phone, email, and other channels as required to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper follow up and closure of all pending tickets.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to complaints and inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate cases to another unit and follow up on the case. Ensuring incidents are documented in a professional manner using the available Customer Relationship<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Report to the Head of Department.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to client complains in a proper and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Should maintain a high level of personal responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>Abide and apply the rules and regulations of the department and the company as a whole.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for achieving any assignment given by the Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping up to date with departmental and company notification via Emails, notice board and other mediums.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Academic \/ Education Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferred B.Sc \/ HND in Computer Science.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 &#8211; 5 years work experience.<\/li>\n<li>A previous experience in support or IT department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CCNA is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>MCP is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skill:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems by analyzing bandwidth graphs, packet loss.<\/li>\n<li>Basic routing &amp; switching knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Basic RF knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to resolve problems remotely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpersonal relationship.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a good communication and interaction with customers and colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Self-learner.<\/li>\n<li>Communications skills, both verbal and written.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Language Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good verbal and writing skills in English are mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:apply@alfred-victoria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>apply@alfred-victoria.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Any application received after this will be automatically rejected.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>8th September, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Alfred &amp; Victoria Associates is one of Nigeria\u2019s leading ICT solution-based companies.
