We are passionately committed to empowering the Nigerian farmer with superior agro-inputs like crop protection products, seeds, fertilizers, and knowledge that will enable these farmers to increase their yield and livelihood in a sustainable manner We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Forklift Operator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Magboro, Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forklift is responsible for moving materials within the warehouse and the loading\/unloading of materials to\/ from vehicles manually and utilizing material handling equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties \/ Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follows standard warehouse practices and work instructions required to maintain high levels of inventory and location accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>To document and identify all discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor or team lead.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately complete routine documentation, such as pick sheets, manifests, and unload lists.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in the execution of standard warehousing processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, checking and loading orders\/products.<\/li>\n<li>To participate in process-specific training and adheres to all work instructions and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates and maintains a skill set capable of operating a variety of equipment used in a traditional warehouse environment. Examples include Pallet jacks and a variety of motorized material handling equipment such as forklifts, power jacks, and reach trucks.<\/li>\n<li>Follows all company safety, security, and housekeeping protocols. Respects; customers, company, property, and equipment<\/li>\n<li>Proactive in accident &amp; incident prevention and able to complete reports promptly and accurately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate to have at least a Senior School certificate, OND, or at least a trade test certificate.<\/li>\n<li>2-4 year\u2019s experience in similar role in a similar warehousing outfit.<\/li>\n<li>Certification operating a material handling equipment (MHE) is required (i.e., for Forklift or\u00a0 lifting reach truck, dock stocker etc).<\/li>\n<li>Job Location: Along Lagos Ibadan expressway. Close to Magboro or Mount of Fire Church.
