We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Manager, Treasury Operations<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lekki, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Global Operation<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For this role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee treasury operations, FX desks, strategic plan execution and provide analyses across all treasury functions including risk\/FX management, Investments &amp; Treasury products, forecasting, and reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nInclude but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the maintenance of company funds and develop various reports regarding transaction portfolios, monitor cash flow analysis that provides information on cash flow and liquidity<\/li>\n<li>Establish strong working partnerships externally with key banking partners &amp; internally with stakeholders to our funding operations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure standard daily and periodic reporting and maintain process documentation for all relevant reports including funding and certain liquidity metrics<\/li>\n<li>Support new bank onboarding &amp; FX trading activities as needed<\/li>\n<li>Identify optimization opportunities to be communicated to finance<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with partners for optimization of channels\/fees<\/li>\n<li>Assists with financial analysis and market trends on foreign currency and interest rate exposures<\/li>\n<li>Maintains knowledge of financial markets<\/li>\n<li>Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed\u00a0 policies\/practices\/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one\u2019s duties<\/li>\n<li>Proactively think of strategic methods to improve process<\/li>\n<li>Any other duties assigned Process Improvement<\/li>\n<li>Work with all sub-teams to identify various touchpoints and design processes to optimize same<\/li>\n<li>Continuous evaluation of current processes vis-\u00e0-vis best industry practices<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholders Engagement: the role also involves continuous and effective engagement of relevant stakeholders in achieving operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required competency and skillset to be a waver<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in a relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury operations, financial services, trade \/Treasury Operations or similar field<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of people management experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience &amp; understanding of international payments, banking systems, Crypto and Defi workflow platforms<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the foreign exchange operations and local regulations<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in Excel<\/li>\n<li>Experience or familiarity with all or some of Emerging Markets, FX, and remittances a plus<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Financial analytical, strategic planning and execution skills<\/li>\n<li>High Level attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify errors<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet set deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, presentation skills and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Work goal-oriented based on minimum supervision<\/li>\n<li>High sense of responsibility, accountability, integrity, and ethical standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/flutterwavego.bamboohr.com\/careers\/703\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline: <\/strong>Not Specified.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Flutterwave was founded on the principle that every African must be able to participate and thrive in the global economy.
