We are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Regional Sales Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Kano<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Job<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementing sales strategies, pricing, and credit policies and programs to enhance market presence and competitive performance of company products within a region.<\/li>\n<li>Achieving sales plans, sales targets and performance standards aimed at improving market performance within a region.<\/li>\n<li>Managing &amp; coordinating regional sales activities and all sales employees in the assigned region to maximize account sales<\/li>\n<li>Driving actively primary and secondary distribution efficiently and effectively<\/li>\n<li>Managing all stock situations in assigned region to prevent stock out or obsolete stock conditions<\/li>\n<li>Keeping abreast of developments on the field.<\/li>\n<li>Gathering data on sales performance and market trends on the company\u2019s products, for input in company sales forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Recognizing and prioritizing the key retailers within the area, allocating resources appropriately in order to maximize sales<\/li>\n<li>Dealership\/Distributor Management<\/li>\n<li>Establishing and maintaining excellent relationship with regional distribution networks<\/li>\n<li>Administering sales and purchase agreements for products in the region<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring product distribution in support of total logistics<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with warehouse, logistics to ensure that sales orders are serviced promptly<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining on an on-going basis, competitor information to help the marketing department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or HND in Arts, Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 6 years cumulative field sales experience in a multinational FMCG company<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing and able to work in any part of the country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales Dealership<\/li>\n<li>Marketing &amp; sales techniques<\/li>\n<li>Cost management<\/li>\n<li>Customer service &amp; relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Marketing communication<\/li>\n<li>Trade chain management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High level of interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Decision making<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated<\/li>\n<li>Leadership Ability<\/li>\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n<li>Good listener<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/3700678640\/?utm_source=hnj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Promasidor &#8211; We are an African company proud of our heritage and totally committed to the continent.
