We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Account Manager <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<b>Function<\/b>:\u00a0 Finance<br \/>\n<b>Sub-Function:<\/b>\u00a0 Accounting, Reporting and Compliance Team<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview of Position<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role involves managing accounts, maintaining relationship with clients, keeping records of client interactions and sales activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve set goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for day-to-day transactions such as preparation of MIS report, statutory compliances, Financial Accounts closure and any other need-based requirement by the management.<\/li>\n<li>Manage import processes related to banking activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Imports team for timely availability and cost effectiveness of the import goods.<\/li>\n<li>Manage stock taking exercise.<\/li>\n<li>Make a daily\/weekly\/monthly MIS report for sales, finance.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the record of all the essential documents of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Manage journal entries, balance sheet, statutory compliance, audit and tax compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and keep updated the company bank account and related entries and task.<\/li>\n<li>Do the coordination with sales team regarding all debtors.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other team members for sales, finance and stock &#8211; Single point of direct contact with banker, vendor, customer etc. for Accounts and Finance function.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Accounting or related field with 4 to 6 years\u2019 experience as an Accounts \/ Finance Executive.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Effective Time management.<\/li>\n<li>Team Management and capability to define the process gap and set the required process improvement..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3YTIsbS\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>12th September, 2023<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Olam Food Ingredients (OFI) is a global leader in food &amp; beverage ingredients.
